1-Year Warranty Policy
At TIMERAX, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To provide our customers with confidence and peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty on all watches. This warranty ensures that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. Below are the details of our warranty policy:
1. Warranty Coverage
Our 1-Year Warranty covers the following:
Manufacturing Defects:
Any issues that arise due to defects in the materials or craftsmanship, including problems with the movement, case, bracelet, or other components of the product.
Operational Malfunctions:
Faults related to the product’s functionality, such as mechanical failure (excluding user-related damage).
This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Hublemods and is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
2. Warranty Exclusions
The 1-Year Warranty does not cover the following:
Damage Caused by Misuse:
Issues resulting from accidental drops, impacts, improper handling, exposure to extreme conditions, or any other misuse that exceeds the product's intended use.
Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs:
Products that have been tampered with, repaired, or modified by anyone other than our authorized technicians.
Wear and Tear:
Natural wear and tear from daily use, including minor scratches, discoloration, or fading of the case, bracelet, or glass.
Water Damage:
Damage caused by water exposure that exceeds the product’s specified water resistance rating.
Please note that the warranty does not cover loss or theft of the product under any circumstances.
3. How to File a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

Reach out to Customer Care to explain the issue and provide details, including proof of purchase and photographs of the product.

If the product is eligible for warranty service, you will be instructed to ship the product to our facility for inspection.Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

Once the product is received, our expert technicians will assess the issue. If the defect is determined to be covered by the warranty, we will repair the product at no cost to you. If repair is not possible, we may replace the product with a similar model.If the issue is found to be outside the scope of warranty coverage, we will notify you with an explanation, and you may choose to have the product returned to you or repaired at your expense.
4. Shipping Costs
For products deemed eligible under warranty, we will cover the cost of return shipping to the customer after repair or replacement.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our service center for inspection.
If the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping for the product.
5. Important Notes
Warranty claims must be initiated within the 1-year warranty period. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
